Quotes and scope

• Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be refined after a site assessment.
• Any changes to scope (extra devices, additional cabling routes, unexpected site conditions) may affect price and schedule.

Appointments and access

• You are responsible for providing safe access to the site, including permission to work where required.
• If we arrive and cannot access the site or complete work due to circumstances outside our control, a call-out/attendance charge may apply.

24 hour callouts

• Out-of-hours callouts are subject to availability and are prioritised based on urgency and location.
• WhatsApp is the quickest route for out-of-hours contact.

Third-party products and manufacturer guidance

Where we supply or install equipment, we follow relevant manufacturer guidance. Product warranties (where applicable) are subject to manufacturer terms.

Limitations

Fire and security systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of incidents. You remain responsible for appropriate site management, user training, and compliance obligations for your premises.
